Q#1 : I cleaned with hot soapy water and hand dried them,then they both were left with little white spots and a rainbow effect inside.
A#1 : Using warm water and a cloth is the least risky way.
A#2 : Stainless steel does not hold stains easily, but it's best to clean up spills and marks as quickly as possible. Use a gentle detergent, such as dish soap with very warm water.
You can soak stainless steel pan to help remove burnt-on food or other stains, if necessary soak it overnight.
A#3 : Dry with a towel or cloth to prevent water spots. Wipe in the directions of the polish lines.
A#4 : To remove burned-on food, fill the pan with enough warm, soapy water to cover the mess and let it sit for an hour. Then put the pan back on the burner and boil the soapy water for 10 to 15 minutes. Let the water cool to the touch, scrub with a nylon scouring pad. Wash out again with hot, soapy water, rinse and dry. Repeat for stubborn residue.
A#5 : If you want your appliances to keep that lovely new look, better check your manufacturer for advice.
