Q#1 : . Are there any natural methods I can use to get the rust off and keep them clean?
A#1 :
- Rinse off the surface with water .
Leave the baking soda for 5 to 10 minutes. Scrub the surface with a wet sponge, working with the grain of the steel. - Rinse the baking soda off of the surface, and rinse out your sponge.
- Apply a small amount of white vinegar to any heat stains on the stainless steel. Rub into the surface with a soft cloth.
- Dry the surface with a lint-free cloth or paper towel.
- You can add a little more shine by polishing with a small amount of olive oil.
A#3 : A cloth dampened with undiluted white vinegar, or olive oil.
A#4 : I think "While club soda" is good for removing stains from stainless cookware.
A#5 : Stainless cookware, 4 tbs baking soda + 1 qt water, and apply using a soft cloth. Wipe dry using a clean cloth. For stainless steel sinks, pour some club soda on an absorbent cloth, clean and wipe dry using a clean cloth.
A#6 : Using a mixture of warm water and ammonia to remove grease from stainless cookware or appliances .
